The firm
A private solutions practice, two lineages, one standard.
ASE Consultings is partner-owned and referral-led. Its origins trace back to an Austrian predecessor firm established in Vienna in 2003 and to a sister entity incorporated in Lagos in 2015. The two practices were later consolidated under one partnership and now operate as one private problem-solving house.

Regional desks
Austria and Nigeria are held through city desks.
Vienna gives the firm its regulated review posture. Lagos and Abuja hold the field delivery route for Nigerian mandates beyond residential water.
Origins
Vienna gave the firm its bias for evidence.
The work was never meant to be ornamental. Drawings, commissioning records, site notes, and operating packs were treated as part of delivery, not as optional administration.
Expansion
Lagos sharpened the firm around operating reality.
That lineage is why ASE frames mandates around owners and principals first: the risk usually sits above a single trade package, system, supplier, or dashboard.
Consolidation
One partnership, one operating standard.
ASE is not built as a volume consultancy. The firm limits annual mandates so senior people stay close to diagnosis, design, delivery, and aftercare.
How we work
The operating principles are deliberately few.
The same practice standard governs every mandate, whether the pressure appears first as water quality, power continuity, controls visibility, estate infrastructure, or operating software.
One partner from start to finish
Every engagement is led by a named senior partner from first site visit through commissioning and stewardship. No rotating accounts, no hand-off risk.
Written before spoken
Scopes, specifications, commissioning records, and handover packs are documented as standard. Clients do not have to ask for paperwork; it arrives with the work.
Discretion as a condition
Most engagements run under NDA. We do not publish client lists, use client photography, or trade on relationships we cannot reference.
Regulated by default
Work is delivered to the standard required for the most scrutinised sector it touches: GMP, HACCP, ISO, or regulator-specific.
Mandates
Where the firm is retained.
ASE is retained when a problem crosses technical, operational, and ownership boundaries and needs one accountable house.
Private intake
Begin with the pressure on the asset or operation.
Share the problem context, asset pressure, decision authority, and desired outcome. A senior reviewer will confirm fit before any proposed next step.
