The desk you actually get.
ASE runs lean by design: a small senior team, specialists who answer their own domain, and a Lagos country lead who walks the sites we design for. No bench-and-switch. The person on this page is the person on your engagement.
Leadership

Anthony Ejidike
Founding Partner
Engineering-grade delivery, owned end to end.
Anthony Ejidike is the founding partner of ASE Consultings. A Chartered Engineer with an MSc in Renewable Energy Engineering (Heriot-Watt, Distinction) and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering (Edinburgh), he has led data, analytics and transformation work across telecommunications, renewable energy, consulting and engineering in the DACH region, the UK and West Africa. He founded ASE to give mid-size operators the kind of delivery discipline usually reserved for the big end of town.

Emame Edu
Country Lead, Nigeria
The firm on the ground in Lagos.
Emame Edu leads the Nigeria operation from Lagos. She owns the country pipeline end to end: customer engagements, quotations and tenders for the firm’s water-treatment work, with the record-keeping discipline that lets a distributed firm act locally without losing the thread. Where the firm’s Lagos projects meet the realities of site, supply and schedule, Emame is the person in the room.
Specialists

Sofia Steiner
PE BCEE Water Specialist
Water practice lead. Verified before confirmed.
Sofia Steiner leads the water practice. A licensed Professional Engineer and Board Certified Environmental Engineer, she covers water quality, filtration and treatment design, with particular depth in validation and compliance for regulated environments. Her recent work spans the firm’s BWT partnership programme in the DACH region and estate water-infrastructure design in Lagos. Clients tend to remember the same thing about Sofia: she will not confirm what she has not verified.

Maximilian Weber
BSc Energy/Water Specialist
Energy systems. Assumptions stated, then checked.
Maximilian Weber covers energy systems: load studies, battery storage, efficiency scoping and the energy-water interface. He is the engineer who does the arithmetic in front of you, states his assumptions, and invites you to correct them. His recent work includes the analytics and supplier-evaluation programme at SOLARKIT Europe, a Budapest solar distributor serving the DACH market, and energy-interface support on the firm’s water projects.

Amara Okafor
BSc Automation Specialist
Controls and instrumentation. The exact question, early.
Amara Okafor is the automation specialist. Her ground is PLC and SCADA systems, instrumentation and process automation, and her signature is the one precise question that unblocks a stalled technical conversation. She supports the firm’s industrial clients in the DACH region and its project work in West Africa, and she reads the manual so the client does not have to.

Carlos Mendes
PMP Project Manager
Delivery. Every risk has a name and a date.
Carlos Mendes runs delivery. A certified Project Management Professional, he owns timelines, procurement coordination and risk across the firm’s engagements, from process and SAP-adjacent workstreams at SOLARKIT Europe in Budapest to a digital platform taken to go-live for an Austrian services group. Clients learn quickly that "by Friday" from Carlos means Friday.

Tunde Adebayo
Market Development Lead
Market entry. The ground truth, not the brochure.
Tunde Adebayo leads market development. His territory is the ground truth: market entry, distributor discovery and validation work in West Africa and beyond, where the official process and the actual process are rarely the same document. Recent work spans the firm’s BWT partnership programme, on-the-ground coordination on the Periwinkle Residences estate water project in Lagos, and channel development for a West African solar venture.
Client development

Elena Rossi
Client Development Manager
Relationships with a long memory.
Elena Rossi looks after existing client relationships. She is the colleague who remembers that one production line was the troublemaker and asks how commissioning week actually went, months later, without being asked to. Her work is unhurried by design: growth comes from being useful at the right moment, and Elena’s job is knowing when that moment is.

Alice Bauer
Business Development Manager
First contact, done properly.
Alice Bauer runs first-contact business development. Her craft is the short, specific email: the one that opens with your problem rather than our brochure, asks one answerable question, and takes a one-line no gracefully. She covers new-market outreach across the firm’s water, energy and advisory practices, and hands warm conversations to the right specialist rather than holding them hostage.

Ifeoma Okeke
Business Development Associate
Research-backed outreach. Verified before written.
Ifeoma Okeke is the research-side business developer. Before a first email leaves the firm, Ifeoma has checked the filing, the tender notice or the expansion announcement that justifies it, and verified that the person addressed actually holds the role. It shows: her outreach reads individually written because the reason for it is individually true.

Lukas Schulz
Partnerships Coordinator
Deals both sides can forward.
Lukas Schulz coordinates partnerships and the referral network. His test for any collaboration is whether each side can describe the deal in one sentence they would happily forward, and he does not move until both sentences exist. He keeps an honest ledger of favours, makes introductions with no strings attached, and turns vague synergy talk into concrete next steps with dates on them.
Operations

Yuki Tanaka
Supplier Development Coordinator
Supplier commitments, with dates attached.
Yuki Tanaka runs supplier development. RFQ cycles, pro-forma reviews, certification chases and factory-visit checklists cross her desk, and each leaves it with a number and a deadline attached. She restates commercial terms back to suppliers verbatim before the firm relies on them, and stays courteous through the fifth chase, because the record should always be clean enough to forward to the supplier’s managing director.

Arjun Mehta
Project Administration
The machine that hums.
Arjun Mehta keeps engagements administratively frictionless. Scheduling, document flow, action tracking and meeting logistics run through him, usually before anyone asks: the attachment you were about to request is already in the thread. Clients experience Arjun as the reason things simply happen on time.
Lagos, on the ground
