What this site is

This site presents the practice of ASE Consultings S.R.L.: water, energy, automation, controls, family-office infrastructure, and software delivery. It is intended as a capability and reference resource for owners, principals, and corporate clients.

The site is not, in itself, an offer to contract. Engagements begin when a written proposal is signed by both parties. Project obligations, deliverables, scope, pricing, and warranties are governed by the relevant engagement letter, statement of work, or project agreement — not by this site.

Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates an applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the site's security-related features;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or its infrastructure without our prior written consent;
• introduce or attempt to introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other technically harmful material to the site;
• use the site to send unsolicited bulk communications, to scrape content at a volume that disrupts other users, or to train or develop a competing automated model on our published materials;
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity, when contacting us or submitting a form;
• upload to our forms any personal data of third parties without a lawful basis to share that data with us.

We may suspend access to anyone we reasonably believe is in breach of these terms.

Intellectual property

All text, images, photographs, illustrations, downloadable PDFs (including capability decks, brochures, and case-study spotlights), code, layouts, and the ASE Consultings name and stamp are the property of ASE Consultings S.R.L. or our licensors, and are protected by copyright, trade-mark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view this site for personal or internal business reference. You may download and circulate our published capability materials (for example, the capability deck PDF) inside your organisation for the purpose of evaluating a possible engagement with us. Any other use — including re-publication, redistribution to a wider audience, modification, or use to train or develop an automated model — requires our prior written consent.

Where a project agreement is signed, the intellectual property terms in that agreement (including ownership of deliverables, drawings, designs, and report outputs) prevail over this section.

Confidentiality of project materials

Much of our delivery work is governed by non-disclosure agreements with private clients. The materials shown on this site do not identify clients, sites, or sensitive technical details, and any case-study content is published only with the explicit, written consent of the parties involved. If you believe a published reference identifies your engagement and you would prefer it removed, contact us at info@aseconsultings.com and we will action the request promptly.

We provide these links for convenience and do not control or endorse the content of external sites. Use of any external resource is at your discretion and subject to that resource's own terms.

Privacy and data

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy policy. For B2B engagements where ASE Consultings processes personal data on behalf of a client, our Data Processing Addendum forms part of the relevant project agreement.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without giving effect to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms that cannot be resolved by negotiation will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.

If you are a consumer accessing the site from within the European Union or the United Kingdom, this clause does not affect your mandatory rights under the consumer protection laws of your habitual residence — including the right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version shown at this URL is the version in force. Material changes affecting existing clients will be notified by email.
