Programme strategy
The network’s operating strategy developed and kept current as partners and funding conditions change. Nigeria’s research funding environment is moving, with new national funds and commercialisation programmes arriving alongside established institutions, and the strategy is revisited against that reality rather than filed.
Partner and industry research
Candidate partners and industry counterparts researched and verified before they are approached: institutional standing, actual capacity and decision-makers confirmed, so outreach rests on facts and the network’s name is never spent on a bad introduction.
Counsel coordination
Legal workstreams coordinated with the programme plan rather than running beside it, so agreements, governance documents and institutional arrangements arrive when the programme needs them and not months after.
