Situation
Nigeria imports effectively all of its industrial valve demand, and a large share of that demand comes from oil, gas and refining projects.
Complication
Project environments of that scale qualify suppliers on evidence: certifications, references and documented process, not brochures. An Austrian supplier needs a lane built to that standard.

ASE runs the supply-side work: supplier sourcing and qualification, outreach on an evidence-tracked cadence, and alignment to project environments including Shell, the Dangote Refinery and BP.
Sourcing and qualification
The supply base for valve and systems demand qualified against project requirements: material certificates, pressure classes, standards compliance and reference installations assembled into qualification files that survive a procurement department’s scrutiny. The work runs on the firm’s standard RFQ cadence, the same machinery it applies across its distribution engagements.
Evidence-tracked outreach
