Procurement cycles
RFQ and pro-forma cycles run to checklist, so every purchase follows the same sequence of verification, comparison and commitment. Specifications are pinned before pricing is compared, pro-formas are checked line by line against what was quoted, and no deposit leaves before the checklist closes.
Landed-cost discipline
Freight, duty, clearing and inland delivery held inside the cost model from the first quotation, because the purchase price is not the price. West African importing lives or dies on clearance: costs at the port are modelled and tracked per consignment rather than discovered on arrival.
